An order can be cancelled anytime until it is shipped and refund will be processed to the original payment source automatically.

If an order is cancelled before shipping, refund is processed immediately and proceeds are credited back to the original payment source within 7 working days.

Refund for product returns are processed upon receiving the item in its original condition at our end and proceeds would be credited back to original payment mode within 7 working days.
